Membuat:
Tumis
bawang putih, bawang merah dan jahe dengan mentega sampai wangi. Masukan iga
lalu aduk-aduk sampai daging iga berubah warna. Tambahkan saus tiram, minyak
wijen, kecap manis, kecap asin, dan kecap magi serta air. Aduk rata lalu
biarkan sampai iga empuk. Setelah itu masukan minuman ringan, aduk rata dan
biarkan sampai air agak mongering. Masukan bawang Bombay, aduk sebentar dan
angkat.
