Iga Masak Saus Tiram (Cook ribs Oyster Sauce)



Bahan(ingredients):
500 gram iga sapi/kambing (potong-potong) (500 grams of beef ribs / lamb (cut into pieces)
2 sendok makan saus tiram (2 tablespoons oyster sauce)
1 sendok makan sedok wijen  (1 tablespoon sesame sedok)
2 sendok makan kecap manis  (2 tablespoons soy sauce)
2 sendok makan kecap asin  (2 tablespoons soy sauce)

1 sendok makan kecap magi (1 tablespoon soy sauce magi)
1 ibu jare jahe (dicincang) (1 mom Jare ginger (chopped) )
2 siung bawang putih (dicincang) (2 cloves garlic (chopped) )
4 butir bawang merah (dicincang) (4 red onions (chopped) )
1 buah bawang Bombay (dipotong-potong) (1 small onion (chopped) )
1 gelas minuman ringan (1 glass of soft drink)
3 sendok makan mentega  (3 tablespoons butter)
200 cc air (200 cc of water)
Garam dan lada halus secukupnya(Salt and pepper to taste fine)

Cara Membuat:
Tumis bawang putih, bawang merah dan jahe dengan mentega sampai wangi. Masukan iga lalu aduk-aduk sampai daging iga berubah warna. Tambahkan saus tiram, minyak wijen, kecap manis, kecap asin, dan kecap magi serta air. Aduk rata lalu biarkan sampai iga empuk. Setelah itu masukan minuman ringan, aduk rata dan biarkan sampai air agak mongering. Masukan bawang Bombay, aduk sebentar dan angkat.
