Cara
Membuat:
Tumis
bumbu yang dihaluskan dengan minyak sampai harum, masukan jerohan ayam, garam,
dan gula. Masak selama 10 menit. Angkat
lalu tambahkan daun kemangi, daun salam, sereh, daun bawang, dan cabai merah,
campur hingga rata. Setelah itu bungkus
sesendok- sesendok dengan daun pisang, kukus selama 45 menit samapi masak.
