Nasi Ulam Bakar (Rice Ulam Fuel)



Bahan (Ingredients):
200 gram Kakap merah (200 grams of red snapper)
100 gram tenggiri (100 grams of mackerel)
100 gram cumi-cumi (100 grams of squid)
Sambel terasi (Shrimp paste sauce)
Garam dan gula pasir secukupnya (Salt and sugar to taste)
Air jeruk nipis (Lime juice)


Sambal (Saucel):
½ batang sereh (½ lemon grass stems)
Daun jeruk (Lime leaves)
Tomat (Tomatoes)
Bawang merah (Onion)
Minyak sayur (Vegetable oil)
Terasi matang (Cooked shrimp)
Garam  (Salt)
Cabe rawit  (Cayenne pepper)

Cara Membuat:
Cuci ikan, cumi, dan tenggiri kemudian lumuri dengan sambal terasi, garam, gula, dan air jeruk. Tambahkan sedikit minyak lal bakar. Kemudian iris semua bahan sambal, masukan selada, bumbu, garam, dan terasi. Sajikan ikan bakar bersama nasi hangat, lalapan, krupuk, dan sambal.

(How to Make):
(Wash fish, squid, mackerel and then coat with chili paste, salt, sugar, and lemon juice. Add a little fuel oil lal. Then slice all the sauce ingredients, add lettuce, herbs, salt and shrimp paste. Serve warm grilled fish with rice, fresh vegetables, crackers, and hot sauce).
