Udang Thailand (Thai Shrimp Soup)
Bahan (ingredients):
500
gram udang yang sedang besarnya (500 grams of shrimp

sendok makan kaldu ayam instan (1 tablespoon instant chicken broth)

sendok makan kecap ikan (4 tablespoons fish sauce)

lembar daun jeru purut (2 kaffir leaves

gram jamur merang (belah dua) (200 grams of edible
mushroom (halved))

buah cabai rawit (buang tangkainya, dan potong serong) (8 pieces cayenne pepper (discard the stems, and diagonal cut ))

batang daun ketumbar dan potong kasar (4 cilantro stems
and cut into rough)

buah jeruk nipis (ambil airnya) (2 pieces of orange juice (take the water))

sendok teh garam (2 teaspoons salt)
Cara Membuat:
Kupas
udang, bersihkan, cuci dan tiriskan. Didihkan air bersama kaludu instan, kecap
ikan, daun jeruk dan serai. Masukan udang, didihkan hingga berubah warna. Tambahkan jamur merang masak hingga matang.
Masukan air jeruk nipis, daun ketumbar, dan garam. Didihkan kembali, angkat dan
siap disajikan.
(How to Make:)
(Peel the shrimp, cleaned, rinsed and drained. Boil water with instant kaludu, fish sauce, lime leaves and lemongrass. Put shrimp, simmer until it changes color. Add mushroom and cook until cooked. Put lime juice, cilantro, and salt. Bring to a boil again, remove from heat and ready to serve.)
