jantung pisang sampai empuk, angkat lalu potong-potong. Rebus tetelan hingga
empuk. Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan dalam minyak sampai wangi, masukan dalam
rebusan tetelan, begitu pula bumbu yang lain, kemudian potongan jantung pisang.
Setelah mendidih lagi masukan santan cair. Terakhir masukan santan kentalnya.
Masak terus sampai mendidih dan matang, lalu angkat.
